Jasmin and Anna from the British Telemark Ski Team have helped us put together a 6 week program that aims to get your ski legs back ready for the season ahead!
Both girls are ranked top 100 in the world with Jasmin achieving two podium places so far. Telemark skiing is a very physically demanding sport so both girls train hard throughout the year.
To receive your exercises simply enter your details and the date of your next ski trip on the form to the right and 6 weeks before you go we will email you exercises every week right up-to the week of your trip to help get you into shape for the slopes.
