Delivery:

Once your order has been placed we aim to dispatch on the next working day.
Your goods should arrive between 3-5 days. If you require special deliveries please contact our office during office hours.
UK deliveries will require a signature on delivery.

Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange a product if the product returned is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. All labels and tags must still be attached. Products must be returned within 28 days from receipt.
We strongly recommend you use a reputable courier that enables you to track your order. We take no responsibility for returned goods until they arrive at our office.

Returns:
You can return any product within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds are made to the person who purchased the product and will be made to the credit card used for the original payment. Refunds will appear on your statement within 30 days for your credit to appear on your statement.
